Yesterday our Bearcat Cross Country runners competed at the Lakeside Invitational at Downs. This meet also coupled as our NCAA League Meet. Congrats to our runners on strong individual and team performances in a tough & competitive field! To be recognized as All-League, runners had to finish in the top 10. We had an incredible PINK OUT at EES! The entire school was awash in a vibrant sea of pink, with colorful outfits, makeup, hair color, shoes, and headbands. Our community truly knows how to show their support for those facing cancer. A heartfelt thank you to the parents who took the time to support this event proposed by Ellsworth County Medical Center!

Ellsworth Elementary School recently visited the Ellsworth Fire Station to learn about the daily duties of firefighters, the station’s capabilities, the equipment they use, and essential fire safety tips. The students were thrilled to witness the firefighters respond to an actual emergency call, showcasing their swift preparedness and response. A heartfelt thank you to the dedicated firefighters of Ellsworth! The visit was made even more memorable as our teachers got to don the firefighting gear and climb the ladders.
