The 5th grade at KMS had another guest speaker to add to our studies of the branches of government. Today Judge Carey Hipp spoke to the students about the judicial system. Thank you Judge Hipp for speaking to our students.

READING ROCKS! There was a whole lot of reading going on today with guest readers, read aloud puzzles, buddy reading and a special recipe from Mrs. Blanding of bee bim bop. It was a truly delicious day!





5th graders at KMS have been studying the branches of government in Social Studies. Today, Kansas State Representative Troy Waymaster from the 109th district talked to our students about how bills become law.
