Community Partnerships continue!
ECMC/RHC is conducting AFTER HOURS SPORTS PHYSICALS clinics on Thursday, May 5th from 5-8 p.m. and Monday, May 9th from 5-8 p.m. These sports physicals will be good for the 22/23 school year and your athlete will be ready before that first sports practice in the fall. The KSHSAA Sports Physical Form can be found at the following link or on the District Website under Documents>Health Office Documents>KSHSAA Sports Physical Form, filled out, and brought with the student to the clinic.
There will be more Sports Physical clinics scheduled in August prior to that first sports practice, so be on the lookout.
