Immunization Clinic (EJSHS) The Ellsworth County Health Department will be at EJSHS on Wednesday, April 21st to offer past due or upcoming immunizations Required vaccines for 7th grade entry are the TDaP booster and Meningococcal. Required vaccine for 11th grade entry (and if they are at least 16-18 years old) Meningococcal vaccine #2. Students can also receive the optional HPV vaccine.

Consent forms are due back to the office before April 14th. If you are unsure what your child is due for, don’t hesitate to email me at Bpeterman@usd327.org or call. You can also call the Health Department to schedule a time to take your child there for their immunizations at another time. 785 472-4488.
Immunization Clinic (KMS) The Ellsworth County Health Department will be at KMS on Wednesday, May 12th to offer past due or upcoming school immunizations. Required vaccines to enter 7th grade are TDaP booster and Meningococcal. (Student must be at least 11-12 years of age to receive the meningococcal). and if they are at least 11 years of age, they can receive the optional HPV vaccine.
