The Ellsworth County Health Department will be hosting an immunization clinic on Tuesday, October 27th at EJSHS, for those Jr. High and High School students needing to catch up on their school required immunizations and others as requested by the parents. If you have any questions or would like to know if your child is due for an immunization, don't hesitate to email me at Bpeterman@usd327.org. Consent forms can be found on the District Website. We must have the signed consent forms in the office prior to immunization day. You can also schedule a date/time with the Health Department for another day by calling 472-4488.
