On October 10th, the Ellsworth County Health Department will be visiting all 3 schools in the District to provide an opportunity for staff and students to receive the flu vaccine. If you are interested in getting your child vaccinated, please visit the following link for letter of information and the consent form. Signed consent forms must be returned to your child's school office by October 6th. Consent forms can also be picked up in the school office.
