Business Manager/Board Clerk Job Description
There will be training opportunities to ensure ample preparation for the full-time transition on February 1, 2025. The successful candidate will need to complete the required training before assuming full-time employment February 1, 2025. Substitute Teachers
USD 327 is accepting applications for substitute teachers. Applicants must hold a current or be in the process of receiving an appropriate Kanas teaching license or hold a current substitute license. Applicants must possess the ability to work and communicate in a positive and effective manner with students, patrons and co-workers.

Substitute Aides and Paraeducators
Paraeducators and Aides - USD 327 is accepting applications for substitutes for paraeducators and aides at all three schools. Applicants must possess the ability to work and communicate in a positive and effective manner with students, patrons and co-workers.

Paraeducators
USD 305 is accepting applications for Paraeducators at Kanopolis Middle School and Ellsworth Jr/Sr High School. Applicants will provide assistance in implementing plans and programs related to academic or functional skill attainment for students with disabilities, observing and documenting student progress and/or behavior, and ensuring the safety and welfare of students. Work days are when students are attending school (approximately 170 days/year).
Applicants must enjoy working with special needs students. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are needed. In addition to a high school diploma or equivalent, applicants must obtain a passing score on the state paraeducator assessment, or have a minimum of 48 college hours, or have a post-secondary degree to be considered Highly Qualified. Employment subject to physical exam, criminal background check and TB screening.
Applicant duties will include providing support to one special education student, and other duties as assigned by the special education teacher.
Starting pay range $13.16.
Hours are Monday through Friday 7:35 am - 3:05 with 30 minute duty-free lunch, 35 hours per week
