Online Registration is Open

USD 327 has implemented a new student registration process for the 2020-2021 school year. Instead of traveling to school to register your child you will be able to register online using Infinite Campus (IC). Registration will consist of updating your information in IC, completing health information and reviewing District handbooks and documents. The process will take an average of twenty-five minutes to complete.

Registration is open now and will close on August 5th. You can access the system using your IC Parent Portal or through the Infinite Campus link on the District website USD327.org.  Only one household per student will need to register the student. This should be the primary household (residence) of the student. Once in IC, select More on the menu on the left side and then Online Registration. If you do not have access to IC, a device, internet connection or are a new student to the District, you will be able to register in person at Ellsworth Junior/Senior High School on August 5th, 11:00 am to 7:00 pm. If you have any problems during the registration process, please call the District Office at 785.472.5561 during the hours of 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

Kindergarten students will  register in-person on August 6th, 11:00 am to 7:00 pm at Ellsworth Junior/Senior High School. Please bring a copy of your student's birth certificate, immunization record and physical. If you have a kindergarten student and didn't receive a registration letter please contact the District Office.

Once your registration is complete the District will review the information and then approve/disapprove the application. An email will be sent once the application has been approved/disapproved. Fees will be paid online when the fee window is open. The window will open in August. If you plan to participate in the Federal School Meal Program for free and reduced priced meals, please pay your fees after you have been notified that your school meal application has been processed.

Federal School Meal Program Applications and registration information have been mailed to all families in the District. If you did not receive this information please contact the District Office. Completed Federal School Meal Program Applications may be mailed or dropped off at the District Office during the office hours listed above.

Students will not be assigned to grade school and middle school teachers until August 11th. Please do not call the schools or District Office for this information. This information will be available in your IC app on August 11th.

If you have any questions about registration or the Federal School Meal Program Application, please call the District Office during the listed office hours.
