Child Nutrition Program Benefits

Ellsworth Elementary School participates in the Child Nutrition Program, providing resources to families for free and reduced meals at school.

Families must re-apply each year their student is enrolled in the district. Applications are completed during registration or upon transfer from another district. Only one application is needed per household, even if you have multiple children in USD 327, attending more than one school.

Furthermore, familes who qualify for free or reduced meals also qualify for reduced textbook/technology fees.  To receive reduced textbook/technology fees, families must complete a Consent for Disclosure form and return it to the school office.
