USD327 @ 327

Online registration for the 2020-2021 school year is open! Parents can register their student using Infinite Campus (IC). Registration will consist of updating your information in IC, completing health information and reviewing District handbooks and documents. The process will take an average of twenty-five minutes to complete. You must have a portal for IC.

Parents can access the system using their IC Parent Portal or through the Infinite Campus link on the District website USD327.org. Only one household per student will need to register the student. This should be the primary household (residence) of the student. Once in IC, select More on the menu on the left side and then Online Registration. If you do not have access to IC, a device, internet connection or are a new student to the District, you will be able to register in person at Ellsworth Junior/Senior High School on August 5th, 11:00 am to 7:00 pm. All individuals registering will be required to wear masks. If you have any problems during the registration process, please call the District Office at 785.472.5561 during the hours of 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

Kindergarten students will register in-person on August 6th, 11:00 am to 7:00 pm at Ellsworth Junior/Senior High School. Please bring a copy of your student's birth certificate, immunization record, physical and your kindergarten student. All individuals registering will be required to wear masks. If you have registered a kindergarten student online with other members of the household, you will still need to come to this registration. Please bring your kindergarten student so he/she can complete the Pre-Kindergarten Screening. This screening will take approximately twenty to thirty minutes.

Once your registration is complete the District will review the information and then approve/disapprove the application. An email will be sent once the application has been approved/disapproved. Fees will be paid online when the fee window is open. The fee window will open mid-August. Fees may also be paid at the school office. If you plan to participate in the Federal School Meal Program for free and reduced priced meals, please pay your fees after you have been notified that your school meal application has been processed. If you pay your fees prior to the application being processed, you will be assessed the full price for textbooks. Refunds will not be given if you qualify for reduced or free school meals after paying fees.

If you have any questions about registration or the Federal School Meal Program Application, please call the District Office during the listed office hours.
