Mr. Ken Windholz is the physical education teacher and the Bearcat football coach at EHS. Mr. Windholz was born in Victoria, Kansas.  He went and graduated from Victoria High School in 1990.  Mr. Windholz attended college at Fort Hays from 1990 to 1995.  He graduated with a Bachelor's degree, and taught at Burrton for 2 years. 

Along with his teaching duties at EHS, Mr. Windholz likes to be with his family as much as he can.  He is a volunteer  fireman.  He and his wife Jill have two children:  a son, Jaxson, and a daughter, Maggie.
