Mr. Schroeder grew up in Little River, KS.  He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and Secondary Education (Social Sciences) from Emporia State University.  He earned his Master’s Degree in School Administration from Fort Hays State University.  Patrick taught 6-8^th grades, coached various sports, and sponsored several activities at Spearville Junior/Senior High for seven years.  He began his career in administration at Minneola Elementary as the K-8 Principal and Junior High Athletic Director. He was in that position for four years.  He began his first year as principal at Ellsworth Elementary and Kanopolis Middle School during the 2011-2012 school year. 

Mr. Schroeder’s wife, Darci, daughter, Joni, and son, Tanner, enjoy various family activities.  In addition to spending time with his family, Patrick enjoys watching sports, riding his bike, and playing other sports.  He is an avid fan of the Duke Blue Devils and the Kansas City Royals.
